Free Tuition

Most of us who read this are past college tuition concerns, as a matter of fact many colleges allow seniors to attend for free anyway. But with college costs soaring, do you have a grandchild, child or friend in the market for an education. Antioch College in Ohio might fill the bill by waiving tuition for all students who enroll in the next three years. Check it out on their website
http://antiochcollege.org/ which is currently being updated due to all of the traffic

How would you like to go to a private liberal arts college that will give you a full-ride tuition scholarship for four years? Sounds crazy? Actually, I'm serious.

Antioch College in Yellow Spring, Ohio, is waiving the tuition for all its students, who enroll in the next three years.

How much are these freebies worth? The value of the free tuition for the current year is $26,500. The scholarship, based on that price, makes each scholarship worth at least $106,000.

Some students, who file financial aid applications, will capture an even greater price break. If they qualify, they may get to skip the room and board charges or pay a reduced price. Antioch's room and board is currently $8,628.

National Hugging Day

Today is National Hug Day so to all of my faithful readers a great big hug.

This “holiday” falls between Christmas and Valentine’s Day annually. It began in 1986 by Kevin Zabomey.
Check out the hug day sites. http://www.nationalhuggingday.com/ and update your
Knowledge of hugs.

But before you do, make sure you are huggable. According to Feng Shui
Bathing is good for the whole person, just like hugs. No need to run to the store,
Try these things you have in your kitchen.
• Sage: Uplifting, calming and astringent – GREAT for people with oily skin or back acne
• Rosemary: Relaxing and great for alertness, also astringent and clarifying
• Peppermint: Energizing (or relaxing) and clarifying
• Chamomile: Extremely relaxing and calming – perfect for dry or irritated skin
• Green Tea: Energizing and mood stabilizing – also antioxidant, antiaging, and very healing for any skin type

Brew 1-2 cups of very strong herbal tea. Strain and add it to your running bathwater. Then, take the remaining brewed herbs and place them in the middle of a washcloth. Gather the washcloth together at the top and tie tightly with a string or a hair tie. Leave it in the bath as you soak, and then scrub well with it before getting out of the tub. Add a bit of oil as well, sesame, almond, your choice. Soaking in this bath, close your eyes and concentrate on your heart. Breathe deeply. After a second or two of this, exhale through the nose. Do this ten times in succession. Then lay back, relax and enjoy. When you are through, you will be ready to hug away!

Joan Rivers

According to dailymail.com, Joan Rivers is a Plastic Surgery addict.

She is 73, but there isn't a wrinkle on her, and she has the soft, glowing cheeks of a teenager. Noses like Joan's don't exist in nature ? only plastic surgeons make noses like that.

"My motto is 'better a new face coming out of an old car than an old face coming out of a new car'. Spend your money on you."

Joan Rivers says that most woman's major fashion faux pas is they play it too safe. If you love bright colors, wear them. The worst that can happen is someone will tell you you look stupid and you can go home and take it off. But most likely, everyone will notice how fantastic you look.
