Fun Friday--Energy in a Hurry

Yippee, guys--it's finally Friday and I need to rev up for the weekend.

Soooooo----

Lots of foods energize--
Oranges and apples--vitamin C turns your fat into energy

Dark Chocolate contains theobromine a natural stimulant

Fish contains omega 3's which affect mood.


Chew cinnamon gum-the scent helps people stay more awake and less frustrated. It increases blood flow and stimulates the brain area responsible for arousal.

















Wake to light As soon as you are upright open your shades or turn on a lamp. Light tells your body to stop with the melatonin giving you a boost of energy all day.

How about an energy drink Swish it!! In a study athletes worked harder because their brains thought they were about to get fuel.







Jasmine anyone? The scent helps the body release a neurotranmitter that increases alertness. Hint: put jasmine oil in unscented body lotion and enjoy!!
