The first place I head when I go to most stores, especially TJ Maxx is their clearance rack. I search for pieces that catch my eye and then pair them with whats in my closet to make a cute outfit. Here is a perfect example--cardigan and pants are from TJ's clearance.
The cardigan is Mosca on clearance for $20
The dress jeans are Sandro Sportswear on clearance for $14.99
and the shell completes the outfit, from Walmart for $4.
Add some chunky jewelry and nice sandals and you have the perfect outfit.
